Terms of service.
general information.
— COMMISSIONS ARE NOT ON AN FCFS (first come, first serve) BASIS. Submitting a request does not mean I will accept the commission.— I reserve the right to reject a request for any given reason, regardless of the content submitted.— For requests that are accepted, the client will receive a DM via Twitter, Discord, or Ko-fi. Preferred communication is through DMs, emails are for clients who do not have the previously listed social media.— All commission requests should have respectable references. If the client proceeds with a commission request with mood boards, written descriptions, loose references to other characters or their references are unclear to start the commission will have an additional charge of $5.— A waitlist option will be available via inquiry and the client will be informed should they wish to take a slot with the next round.— Prices are subject to change based on demand.— Currently, I am only accepting 2 commission slots each month.— A notification on Twitter will inform all clients when all slots of my commissions are filled. The status of commissions can be found on my carrd.— DO NOT CONTACT ME ABOUT NFTs (non-fungible tokens).— Clients do not have the right to use any of my commissioned work for NFTs or crypto-related businesses.— Clients are not allowed to use part or all of their commissioned artwork for blockchain-related technology, to train AI, or to generate AI images.
payment.
— PAYPAL ONLY as that’s the main service through Ko-fi. No cryptocurrency. Payment in US Dollars ($).— Payment is 100% upfront– unless there have been outside discussions via DMs with me.— If payment isn’t done through Ko-fi but invoices via Paypal then the discussion of the payment plan will be client-based.
process & delivery.
— Once payment has been processed the turnaround is approximately a month depending on factors such as health, life situations, the complexity of the commissioned work, or other work.— Updates on the commission will be sent through certain stages. Sketch, Lineart, Simple Color, and Finish.— Once the artwork is finished the client will receive the full-resolution piece with and without a watermark/signature. The method of delivery will be through Google Drive or email. Note there is no physical product.— The client is ONLY permitted to post the artwork with my watermark/signature and is required to credit it back to me, the artist.— Should the client request for a specific file to be sent (such as a PDF) then please specify via DMs.
revisions.
— Requested changes can ONLY occur during the Sketch & Lineart stages of the commissioned artwork. There will only be 3 revisions in total, no matter the stage.— Should a client request revisions past the allowed stages an additional fee (Revision Fees) will be charged and be altered depending on the complexity of the request.— If there was a misunderstanding on my end or a critical detail requires change (such as skin tone) then the revision will be free.
Copyright & Usage.
I, CREAVV (the artist): — I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.— I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.— I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork (the client's characters are still theirs, etc.)— I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless the client breaks any of the terms listed.— I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books. Permission will be asked before publishing.— The client can request to remain anonymous or be tagged within the commissioned artwork published. YOU, (the client/customer/commissioner): — You may upload the watermarked/signed commissioned artwork on any website and social channels with proper credit to me, the artist.— You may use the commissioned artwork for personal use only (icons, banners, personal gallery, etc.) and with proper credit to me, the artist.— You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, making prints for selling, etc.)— You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist’s) consent.— You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).— You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes.— You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for NFTs, cryptocurrency, training AI, generating AI images, and any future inventions and businesses. The following is considered Copyright Infringement: — Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way not excluded from these terms.— Claiming the artwork as your own.— Altering the artwork without my consent.— In some cases, the commercial rights to the image may be purchased. This can be discussed via DMs or emails and extra fees can be applied where applicable.
Cancellation & refund policy.
— There will be NO refunds after the commission is completed.— The client is NOT allowed a refund once I start working on the commission.— If, for any reason, I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.— If the client cancels the order before I start it, the client can get a full refund.— The kill fee for canceling the commission after work has begun is 50% of the commission's price. The client then receives the work as is.— If the client wishes to cancel the commission after the work has started, the client can be issued a refund but agrees to pay the kill fee.— A full refund will be given if I decline a requested commission. PayPal specific: — If you (the client) are getting a refund, do not request a PayPal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.— If you (the client) request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all before-mentioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply PayPal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.

Hello there! I'm Creavv, (he/him) a visual development/conceptual artist based in the East Coast area! I recently graduated with a bachelor's of fine arts concentrating in Illustration Media and a minor in Art History.
